A level access shower could be the answer.

They’re ideal for people with more limited

mobility or who use a wheelchair, as the

shower area is on the same level as the rest

of your bathroom. There’s no step or shower

tray, enabling unassisted access to help you

stay independent for longer.

Options range from traditional wet rooms,

with a curtained shower area, through to

contemporary designs featuring open-

ended shower cubicles or enclosed areas

with sliding or fold-out doors. We also offer

a wide choice of free-standing and fold-

down seats, grab rails and other accessories

to make your shower experience safe and

comfortable.

and the waterproof flooring

Using your walk-in bath

Simply open the door and step into the bath,

closing the watertight door firmly. The entry step

is very low, and the floor of the bath is level and

anti-slip, so it’s easy to get in and out. If you’re less

mobile, we can fit a power seat to lift and lower

you into the tub, which also means you don’t

need to sit in the tub whilst it fills up or empties.

1. Free, no obligation consultationWhen you contact us, we’ll arrange for an expert surveyor to call at your home at a convenient time. Your consultation will last around an hour and is completely free with no obligation to proceed. Our surveyor will discuss your accessibility needs, style preferences and budget, and show you samples before recommending a choice of suitable products.

2. Professional design serviceWhen you’ve made your selection, our surveyor will create a professional design using state of the art CAD software. You’ll be able to see what your new room will look like and how the fixtures and fittings will be laid out in the available space.

There are no pushy salespeople and you won’t be pressured into buying products you don’t want, or which aren’t suitable.

What’s more, we’ll never ask for any payment on our first visit to your home.

3. Personalised quote and depositWe’ll also provide you with a personalised quote. If you’re satisfied with our designs, we’ll ask for a deposit before booking your installation.

4. InstallationWe aim to complete your installation within 4 weeks of your initial consultation. A full bathroom removal and replacement usually takes around 3 days. During this time you may be without a shower or bath for a couple of days, but we’ll make sure you still have access to your toilet except for the hour or so it will take to replace it.

5. Waste removalAfter completing your installation, our team will clean up after themselves and remove your old bathroom fixtures and other waste. Where possible, we’ll recycle waste materials to help keep them out of landfill and help protect the environment.

6. After careOnce you’re happy with everything, we’ll ask youto pay the balance for your new bathroom. However, our services doesn’t end when our installation team say goodbye. You’ll benefit from our comprehensive after care service, with expert team members on hand to answer your questions and help you get the most from your new bathroom. For your peace of mind and reassurance, all our installations are also covered by guarantees and warranties.

scald me when it’s filling up?A. No. We’ll fit thermostatic mixer taps to make sure the water flows in at a safe, comfortable temperature.

Q. What’s the difference between a

wet room and a walk-in shower?A. A wet room, or level access shower, has flooring that’s all on the same level for completely unrestricted access. With a walk-in shower, you’ll need to be mobile enough to walk over a shallow step into the shower tray.

Q. My current bathroom is small.

Can I still have a mobility bathroom?A. Yes. We offer a wide range of products to suit all spaces, mobility needs and style preferences. If you’re keen to have a bathtub, deep soak baths can be ideal for smaller bathrooms. Let our expert surveyor guide you through the appropriate options.

Q. How much does a mobility bathroom cost?A. There’s no set answer to this question, as it depends on your mobility needs, design preferences and space available. Our expert advisers will take your budget into account and talk you through appropriate options.

Q. Are walk-in baths and level access

showers (wet rooms) watertight?A. Yes. The door on your walk-in bath has a completely watertight seal, which our fitter will show you how to use. For wet rooms, we use special flooring to cover the edge between the floor and the wall, and calculate the right gradient for water drainage, so your shower is no more likely to leak than a standard cubicle.

Q. Will my new mobility bathroom be easy to

clean and maintain?A. The easy answer is - Yes! All our mobility bathrooms are designed to be low maintenance, with features such as water-proof walls and ceilings that are resistant to damp and mould growth.
