• Defined Roles and responsibility of staff• A dedicated Technical manager with minimum 5 year

experience of inspection & testing in metal or welding and a facility representatives (One person can be designated for both posts).

• Procedure for handling of confidential documentation and procedure

• A welding supervisor with minimum qualification as AWS-CWI• NDT level II as per SNT-TC-IA guidelines for performing the NDT

activities
