Market SectorsSales Promotions:Sales promotions can include a wide range of incentive based activities, from: “Renew”, “Buy”, “Try”, “Tell Us” in order to receive a Gift Card or e-voucher. We have worked with car companies (test drive), newspapers and publishers (read or subscribe), broadband suppliers (renew), TV manufacturers (buy), research companies (feedback) and other retailers. This can be seen as a highly profitable sector and involves finding partners who will fit your brand positioning.

Member Benefits & Loyalty Schemes:Once someone is a customer, the challenge is to keep them as a customer. This can be through renewal incentives, or on-going member benefits. This can be like reader offers or rewards and this is increasingly applied to subscribers of broadband, insurance, banks etc..

We work with closed groups of all of the above (and more). The offer must be exclusive to that membership and not publicised externally (to avoid the perception of discounting). Obviously this can be an offer paid for by the organisation, or a means of providing access to secure transactional sites where we can automate unique pricing, product and branding offers depending upon where visitors approach our client sites. We have for instance used these directly from Student organisations and Public Sector organisations.

Market SectorsStaff Rewards & Benefits: Companies often like to reward their staff through non-monetary routes. This usually means either sourcing direct offers for their staff, or getting a specialist staff reward company to come in with their own package, which may well have hundreds of different offers for the staff.

• Staff Reward: The organisation rewards the staff with products or points. These points can then be spent on products on the reward site. The key for us will be to get your Gift Cards seen on the reward sites and to make them as appealing as possible when the employee is spending points

• Salary Sacrifice: Employees agree at the beginning of the year to sacrifice some of their salary to be used against (usually) a package of products. This is a tax efficient method for the staff. Again we need them to choose your brand over others

• Flexible Benefits: Staff are given access to a portal of discounted products (this is now like membership benefits) which can be anything from experiences to gift cards.

There are two basic routes to market – direct to businesses and organisations and via agency channels. MBL Solutions are specialist in both routes. We will ensure that your brand is protected and will only feature in suitable & relevant programmes.

There are a number of big agencies which tend to specialise in different parts of the market (but usually have programmes in all markets). They may specialise in Councils, NHS, Students, Financial Companies, Charities, Smaller Business or Promotions etc. MBL Solutions can fast track sales into these programmes through our previous knowledge and contacts to manage the development of these programmes. Larger Agencies:

We will get your brand into these big agencies – there is no doubt about that. They will need order forms, an order process, a contract and terms and marketing support. We will be able to “sign them up” very quickly. We will work with these companies to obtain a good profile for your business, providing information, protecting your brand, and delivering promotions.

Communication & Promotions:

We work closely with reward and incentive agencies to get featured in their own communications. Featuring in email newsletters helps increase your message to consumers, whether it’s a promotion or new product news the agencies supply on-going communication to the end-user who may change their buying habits and be persuaded to use your gift card.
