ANNIE BALABANIAN

Acclaimed for her passionate performances, beautiful sound, wide palette of tonal colors, and deep lyricism, Annie Balabanian is a pianist with a growing career as a soloist and chamber musician. The Agenda Culturel has praises: “... Ms. Balabanian reveals an exciting temperament of a magnificent concert pianist." Born in Beirut, Lebanon to Armenian parents, Ms. Balabanian began piano studies at the age of 5. She received her diploma in Piano Performance with distinction with Mrs. Cynthia Zaven. Ms. Balabanian currently teaches piano at the National Higher Conservatory of Music in Beirut, Lebanon.
