7:30pm - The Symphonic Band (8th and

9th Grade) will perform its' Fall concert in

the Auditorium. Doors will open for

audience members at 7:15pm.

EXCELLENCE IN ALL WE DO.

Pep BandThis year, we are introducing what many schools have as a long-standing

tradition - a middle school pep band. This ensemble will be comprised of 7th

and 8th Grade band members. This season, we will play at 1 football game on

September 21st . Band members will stay after school on these days where they

will be fed a free dinner, have a short rehearsal, and the play in the stands in

support of our football team. At halftime, the band will be dismissed, at which

point they may leave and go home or stay and watch the rest of the game.

Spring TripOn September 16th at 7:00pm atSpringfield High School, we will haveour first meeting regarding the Springband trip. This trip will be for 8th and9th Grade band members, long withband members at Springfield HS andCoopertown Middle. The band is set totravel to Disney in Orlando, FL fromApril 6th through April 10th in 2022. Inthe meeting we will discuss pricing,payments, itineraries, transportationand other details about the trip with arepresentative from the travel agencywe are working with. It is EXTREMELYthat parents attend this meeting.
