HRIS Practices in Bank Asia• In Bank Asia, HRM Deals with recruitment, selection,
training and development, compensation & rewarding process and developing the effectiveness of employee.• Not all of them are being performed electronically but Recruitment, Selection, Compensation & Taking attendance, these are performed by using a software named “Orbits”
Orbits Software• Orbits software has been developed and customized by
ERA-InfoTech Ltd. Which is a joint venture IT Company set by ETA-InfoTech of Dubai, Bank Asia and RANKS-ITT• To start the software the user has to double-click on
icon of HRD on user computer desktop. Then immediately a login form comes. Then he has to write username, password and database name to connect. After verifying the user name and password enter to the database.
