Annex I Guidelines for the preparation of Business Plans for 2009-2011

• It is one of the most important documents of the BCRCs as it assists in Implementing the ‘‘Basel Convention Strategic Plan’’ for the implementation of the BC to 2011

• It details the needs of each region thus allowing for the Secretariat to recognize them

• Contains updated information on governance and administration arrangements and acts as a management tool for the Centres to attract funds

• A Draft has been provided with bits and pieces of different BCRCs
