Bayside Academy Year 6 Core Home Learning Tasks Hello everyone! We cannot believe that this is the last learning pack, which we will be sending home to you. We hope you have enjoyed completing the home learning. It might have been a struggle at times but we are proud of you for doing your best. The work below is for the next two weeks so do take your time. You also have an extended topic sheet to work your way through. It has been an absolute pleasure to teach you all over the last year. We cannot believe that this is the last learning pack, which we will be sending home to you. We hope you have enjoyed completing the home learning. Here are a list of activities you could do by using your own books at home. If you do not have any or want something new to read, use Oxford Owl.

· Draw and label a character or a setting from a description in the book.

· Think of 5 questions you would like to ask one of the characters. Then write their answers as if you were that character.

· Make your own mini dictionary. Find out the meaning of new words

· Write your own true or false questions about your story. Give the text and the questions to a family member and see if they can score full marks.
