The team proposed for the realization of the mission is made

up of experienced professionals who graduated from major

schools or higher education and who have a strong experi-

ence in financial and accounting audit, and specifically finan-

cial audit in public entities in Cameroon.

The team members have accumulated a rich professional ex-

Mr. BELA BELINGA Isaac Joël is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Cameroon, Paris and Gabon respectively. He is also Member of the Ordre of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) du Québec, Member of the Institute of Legal Auditors of Paris, and Member of the Jury of the the Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable de France.
