The BCA Quality Excellence Award (QEA) is now into its 7th

year since its inception in 2013. The annual award recognises developers and builders for

their commitment and achievement in delivering high quality homes and projects. It also serve as an incentive to entice developers and builders to embrace

the BCA Quality Mark (QM).

The Quality Star Champion Award is to further differentiate and recognize the top QM developers and builders for their performance excellence and

sustained commitment to quality.

The Award will be give out under two categories:
