ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT 2010

Although all 8 zones were represented by athlete(s), 3 zones failed to bring 50% of allocation. Overall participation was 46%.

Female to Male ratio (43-57%) was not met (actually was 30%-70%)

How are we going to fix this?

CSL plan indicates that the BC Games fits into the Training to Compete stage for proposed age range for 2012 Games (15-16). In theory, BC Games provides the opportunity for athletes in the Training to Train Stage. Perhaps BC Games Staff Can discuss this with you.
