Additional requirements, such as electricity, will be at the vendor's expense & arranged through Excel Decorators by the vendor.

APPLICATION To register for a booth, please fill out the enclosed form and indicate your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th choice for booth space. Forms must be received by April 22, 2016 with a $100 Deposit. Full payment will be due by April 22, 2016. A floor plan is enclosed for your reference. We cannot guarantee your first choice, but will do our best to accommodate your request. Booth assignments will be made on a "first come-first served" basis. Last year the Hall sold out, so be sure and send in your application as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICYIf you are unable to attend, your cancellation must be received in writing prior to April 22, 2016. A $100 administration fee will be charged with the balance returned. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. NO-SHOWS WILL BE BILLED AND FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE.

DECORATOR SERVICEExcel Decorators, Inc. of Indianapolis will be handling the on-site arrangements for the show. Please direct all questions pertaining to booth decoration to Excel Decorators at 317-856-1300.

ThemeThe theme of the 2016 Spring Conference is be the di�erence. The Education Committee invites you to participate in this theme by incorporating this concept in your booth design. Attendees will be invited to vote on their favorite booth, and the winner will receive first choice on exhibit space in 2017 as well as a discounted fee.
