LATIMER HOMES
Latimer Homes is part of Clarion Housing Group, Latimer creates
new homes and communities nationwide, ranging from contemporary
apartments to family homes within rural landscapes and central
locations. At Collingtree Park they will be delivering the shared
ownership housing for Bovis Homes and Linden Homes.

OPEN SPACETo the north of the development Wooton Plain area will be a large
naturalistic space combining swathes of meadow, native planting and
wetlands to create an ecologically diverse public space. To the south,
Hillsfield Park area will provide playing fields, children’s play areas and sports
pitches. While on the east side, Collingtree Edge area will house a stunning
collection of mature parkland trees. All this is combined with a selection of
green corridors throughout the development which will include childrens’
play areas, diverse planting and slopes and terraces that encourage
community interaction.
LOCAL CENTREThe local centre in the heart of the development provides the community
hub for Collingtree Park. At the centre will be a primary school, up to
450sqm of retail floorspace and 260sq m of flexible commercial floorspace.
On top of this, parking and pedestrian space will also be provided.
COMMUNITY INVESTMENTIn addition to the investment in the open spaces and local centre within
Collingtree Park, additional investment has been made to the local
community towards provision of local education, highways, public transport
and environmental services. The total investment in the local community is
expected to be well over £12 million.
