Key to E-business: 5 reasons• E-business is a very new concepts in Regions. Therefore
it is very difficult for business to identify the potential benefit.
• Overall Internet access and the number of Internet users are too low to justify the investment required to establish and E-business. The only real feasible business endeavors related to tourism.
• There is a definite lack of expertise and experience. Local businesses that have web sites often use their sites only as advertisement tools
• There is little need for local business to extend their operations. Market concentration is Local Credit card system, E-banking, E-payment and cyber law.

IPv6
IPv4
Possession of abundant addresses and hierarchical design possible
Necessary to design the address range carefully
Auto-generation of IPv6 address upon reception of router advertisement
Necessary to configure the subnet mask and default gateway to each node
Easy to identify the nodes in trouble, and re-configure remotely with help of IPv6
Difficult to identify the nodes in trouble from the operation center
Specific address design for each environment not necessary
No special knowledge necessary to installer
Reduced complexity of maintenance
Specific address design for each environment necessary
Possibility to make mistakes in settings
Delayed trouble shooting
Design phase Installation phase Maintenance phase
Cost reduction made possible by IPv6
