First we start to focus here.How to make our bodies feel better.
But that doesn’t work because we have an emotional attachment to pain.

Why am I attached to pain?

Then we focus here.How to change our relationship to pain.
But that doesn’t work because we are still committed to believing there has to be pain.
Our Beliefs

Now we are asked to focus here.To acknowledge that pain (or whatever we avoid, or attach to)
is just a belief—a simple choice.
And what happens when we accept that? That it’s all choice.Who will we allow ourselves to be then?
What worlds will we create then?
