Customizing polyurethane conveyor belts Our firm can customize polyurethane conveyor belts on request on the premises in Ústí nad Labem. We offer joining profile belts T5, T10, T20, AT5, AT10, AT20, 5M, 8M, 14M, and imperial-size belts XL, L, H up to 100 mm wide. We have sufficient lengths of basic open-ended profile belts in stock, including belts with PAZ, PAR, PAZ+PAR textiles and with the antistatic conveyor PU 2.0mm foil. We can join belts with both steel and Kevlar fibres in professional quality.

Surface finish treatment of manufactured partsIn our production shop, we can black finish the components that we custom produce. The surface finish treatment is chemical at room temperature. The final dimensions and required tolerances do not change. Chemical black-finish improves the durability and appearance of the final product.

Heat treatment and zinc coatingWe also provide hardening, case-hardening and other heat treatments. In addition to that, on re-quest, we can galvanize components with zinc, chromium and nickel.

diagnosing, measuring and checking transmissionsFor the drive‘s correct function as well as for its lifespan, it is very important to set the initial belt tension properly. If you use the Conti Drive Suite programme, it will give you the precise tension parameters, but they can also be calculated with instruction books for drive design, which include the formulas for particular parameters.The most accurate technique of measuring belt tension is the one based on measuring frequency of the vibrations in a transmission strand.

Measuring initial belt tension electronically with the COnTI®VSM-1 and VSM-2 devicesThe CONTI®VSM-1 and VSM-2 devices are fully electronic, designed for measuring the tension of timing, V-shaped and poly-V belts. Using these devices, you can set the static strength in any belt strand (regardless of the belt fibre) easily and very accurately. They operate on the principle of forced vibration of the strand, which is in direct proportion to the initial tension of the belt, i.e. the higher the frequency of the vibration the higher the tension.

CONTI® VSM-1 - uses a contactless mode of measuring- enables to measure tension in less accessible spots with its flexible sensor arm- gives very accurate results by applying an optical-electronic principle of measuring

CONTI® VSM-2- has a serial interface for PCs- enables to document the measurements in your PC- can be used for quality control of drives in mass production (compressors, pumps, etc.)

Measuring initial belt tension mechanically with the TYMA bELT COnTROL deviceThe TYMA BELT CONTROL device is mechanical and it is designed for measuring initial belt tension of timing and V-shaped belts simply and quickly. It operates on the principle of a dynamometer, i.e. it measures the force in the middle of the strand and calculates the sag in the strand in question, which has to conform to the design calculation or table.

Measuring alignment electronically with the EASY LASERTM bTA deviceThe EASY LASERTM BTA device is a fully electronic one designed for measuring and setting align-ment in belt and chain transmissions quickly and accurately by fixing it magnetically to the smaller pulley, and by placing a required number of magnetic targets on the larger one. The device emits a laser beam, which has to be focused precisely on the targets’ marks. With EASY LASERTM BTA, it is possible to set the alignment in both vertical and horizontal drives.
