FUNDRAISING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: How much will my organization receive? A: For group sales up to $1,999, the group will receive 25% of net sales.

For sales over $2,000, the group will receive 30% of net sales. (100% of my commission will be donated)

Q: When is payment due? A: Payment is due at the time the order is taken. Make Checks Payable

to Your Name Here. Visa/MasterCard, Discover and American Express are also accepted.

Q: Can people order online? A: YES! People can order online at Insert link here and place an order

through the Fundraiser link. For your child to receive credit for online purchases, the person making the purchase online MUST email me via the “contact me” button on the website and provide the name of the child and their order number. (Keep in mind that all online orders will incur shipping charges and the purchaser’s resident tax rate.)

Q: Will I pay sales tax? A: YES! Sales tax of 6% WILL be charged. There is a tax "cheat sheet"

included.

Q: Will I pay Shipping & Handling charges? A: NO! Shipping & Handling is FREE for all customer orders, once the

fundraiser total is over $150.

Q: How long will it take to receive the products? A: Once the fundraiser is closed, all products (except for back-ordered

items), will be delivered to the Fundraiser Coordinator within three (3) weeks.

Q: How can I earn free products and still support my organization? A: When you host a Scentsy party in your home, not only will YOU receive

FREE and ½ price products…an additional bonus amount will be paid toward your fundraiser (at no cost to you)!

Q: How does Scentsy compare to other candles?

A: A 22 oz candle will burn for 110-150 hours at a cost of $24.99 = $0.17/per hour

A 14.5 oz candle will burn for 65-90 hours at a cost of $21.99 = $0.24/per hour

A 3.7 oz candle will burn for 25-40 hours at a cost of $9.99 = $0.25/per hour

ONE Scentsy Bar will provide fragrance for 60-80 hours at a cost of $5 = $0.06/per hour!

Q: How long will the scent last? A: A Scentsy Bar contains eight (8) cubes of wax and each cube will retain

scent for 8-10 hours (you’ll receive 60-80 hours of scent for only $5) Q: Will the wax evaporate? A: No Q: How do I clean the wax out of the warmer? A: It is best to leave the warmer plugged into the wall, take a paper towel

or cotton ball and “sop up” the wax from the top of the warmer. Wipe clean and put in new wax.

Q: Does the warmer come with a light bulb? A: Yes, with the exception of element warmers, each warmer comes with

a light bulb (25-watt for full-size warmers, 20-watt for mid-size warmers and 15-watt for nightlight warmers)

Q: How long can I leave my warmer on? A: As long as you feel comfortable leaving it on…it is as safe as a table
