1 Repeal The Transfer of Commissioner of Labour Order No. 137 of 2012 transferring Lionel Nasome KALUAT from being the Commissioner of Labour to being the Principal Electoral Officer for the purposes of administering the 2012 general election is repealed.

2 Commencement This Order commences on the day on which it is made.
