Ms. Kasnicki is the vice president of the board of directors for the Child Care Council of Nassau, a member of the Board of Regents of the Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation, and a member of the Pastoral Council at St. Anne’s Parish in Garden City. She is a former associate board member of the Family & Children’s Association. In August 2015, Ms. Kasnicki was Family & Children's Association's "Hero of the Month." In 2014, she was recognized as a "Public Interest Attorney of the Year" by Touro Law Center and was a Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce "30 Under 30" award recipient. Previously, Ms. Kasnicki was a summer associate at the firm. She also held the following positions: judicial intern for The Joseph F. Bianco and The Hon.
