Elizabeth Scruggs, owner of Superior Construction and Design, is a licensed general contractor, decorator, and professional organizer who loves what she does and loves that she can get up every day “and help put a smile on someone’s face.” She can handle your project from start to fin-ish – building your home, then putting together a finished interior design to reflect your style.

“I started building about 20 years ago when I built our first home in Lebanon and fell in love with the process. Construction involves extreme attention to detail, so it was only natural that part of my business became professional organizing,” says Elizabeth, who opened her business in 2000. “I usually have several very different projects going at once, and that is what I love.”

Elizabeth writes a blog on her web site entitled “The Collected Interior,” and a column for Wilson Living Magazine entitled “Celebrate Home.”

She loves to read, write, watch movies, dig in her garden, and dabbles in antiques in her booth here in Lebanon at Antiques on 231.

“I’m a Southern girl through and through, and pretty much a very old soul. I believe in good manners and grace, and that kindness goes a very long way. My style is very much traditional, with an eclectic mix. I believe that your home is your refuge - your safe place. If it is not orderly and comfortable, then you can’t be either.”

Elizabeth is also a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) and IDS (The Interior Design Society).

“I am so blessed in my job in that I have so many friends become clients, and clients that have become dear friends,” she adds.

After buying his coffee and without giving the auction any more thought, Mr. Lee ventured back to his office. As he walked

back in front of the building, the auctioneer informed Mr. Lee that he was the proud new owner. Lee and Lee Attorneys has been housed in that building ever since.

The Crystal Couture Store has been in Wilson County for four years and is Honored to be a Finalist in the Best of Wilson County 2014 (for a second year!). “ A personal thank you to each and every customer, friend and client that has voted for us each year!
