Tuscaloosa Symphony Orchestra—Originallyformed in 1979 with volunteers, the TSO hasevolved to an ensemble with a reputation asone of the country’s finest regional orchestrascomprised of internationally recognized musicians.Performances presented each season includeconcerts for children and families. From Bachand Mozart to Tchaikovsky and Ravel, the TSOperforms at UA’s Moody Concert Hall to sell-outaudiences.
