• they also report being limited in how much they can integrate ICT in teaching and learning because of limited access to ICT.
The educators who participated in this survey have strong constructivist, student-centric pedagogical philosophies; the challenge is to put these beliefs into practice in their classrooms

• Teachers said the top barriers to ICT usage in teaching and learning were “Not enough computers for student use”
• “Difficulty in accessing computers in labs or the library.” Both of these barriers are related to student access to technology.

• They said the top barriers was “Insufficient time for teachers to prepare lessons that use ICT”.
• They also report insufficient funding as a top barrier.

• This suggests that there is an opportunity to leverage the access that students have to computers outside of school through practices that extend learning beyond the classroom.
