The Louisville Zoological Gardens, a non-profit organization and state zoo of Kentucky, is dedicated to its mission to “Better the Bond Between People and Our Planet” by providing excellent care for animals, a great experience for visitors, and leadership in conservation education. DIRECTIONSThe Louisville Zoo can be easily reached from all major highways, I-64, I-71, and I-65 via the inner beltway I-264. Located only 15 minutes from downtown Louisville’s Historic Main Street, the International Airport, and the Kentucky State Fair & Exposition Center. Take exit 14 off I-264 and follow signage for the Zoo. Motorcoach parking is available.GENERAL INFORMATION
