“Is regular drip coffee okay?”
Make a suggestion! “Many people like the (name) coffee”

Answering Questions
In most places, bartenders / waitresses / waiters have tried all the items on the menu
If you don’t know the answer to a question, do not say “I don’t know”. Tell the guest that you will find out!
If someone looks at the wine list or menu make sure you tell them which wines we are out of before they order.
If someone has too much to drink they are “drunk”
