From the Editor's desk"In this world of change, nothing which comes

stays, and nothing which goes is lost."- Anne Sophie Swetchine

Each day comes with a new development in our lives for its betterment. It is therefore imperative to welcome this change whole heartedly. And so, with the commencement of the new Academic Session, the BVIMR family extends a warm welcome to the fresher's with arms and hearts wide open. Being the Student Editors, we would like to share that we are fortunate to have such a wonderful platform in the form of this Institute with state of the art infrastructure and enormous faculty support to strengthen our foundations. With the transition from a naïve school or graduation student to thorough professional managers of tomorrow's corporate world, we have been bestowed with the best of the opportunities to be the leaders in the league. As the Faculty Editors we wish that this new start enables BVIMRites to embark its name to new realms in Golden Letters and hope that the junior batch shoulders the responsibilities equally with their seniors to bring worthy laurels to the Institute's basket.
