SUBJECT: Revised Notice of Intent to Award Bid #15-20 Interactive Flat Panels
Recently, your company submitted a response to Bid #15-20 Interactive Flat Panels. After review of all proposals, written reassurance from Hypertec and ViewSonic regarding the inclusion of all items listed on our bid form as requested, we are recommending your company be “tentatively” approved for further consideration. Hypertec will be bound by the terms and conditions listed in Bid #15-20.
Final authority to award this bid rest with the Santa Ana Unified School District Board of Education. To continue the process, we will prepare an agenda item and present a recommendation to award to our Board of Education.
The award of this contract is for one year from June 24, 2020 through June 23, 2021. The District will request an option to renew for one additional year prior to the end of this agreement. The unit price of all items will be honored during the term of this award. The District may order any item listed in the Bid Form at any time in any quantity.
