Summary• PPME Toolkit v1 successfully developed via rapid

prototyping design approach in 2010.• Early Adopters Pilot Study conducted with five active

GRC Space Flight Projects.• Key findings being incorporated into requirements

and design of v2 for implementation in 2011.

• Forward Plan:• Deploy v1 across GRC Space Flight portfolio in 2011

with goal of 90% of projects captured by 30-Sep-2011.

• Develop and pilot v2 including Microsoft Server Enterprise solution to enable true portfolio management.
