A Song of Ice and Fitz

The Story So Far

In December of last year,

Alexander I was crowned

King of Fitzeros and the

Huntingdon Isles,

promising to listen to his

subjects and change their

lives for the better. He

was to be supported in

this endeavour by a stellar

small council, comprised

of: Lord Damiano, Hand

of the King; Lord

Maximilian, Master of

Coin; Lady Eleanor,

Grand Maester; Lady

Zoe, Master of

Whisperers; Lady Isla

and Lord Jake, Masters of

Healing; Lady Sophie,

Master of Ships; Lady

Cait, Master of Laws;

Lady Fenella, Master of

Festivities; and each of

their sub-committees.

Nine months later, the

gestation period is over

and a new Fitzeros has

been born. We’ve had a

hearty debate about

CUSU affiliation,

acquired table football

and free pool, set up an

awesome new website,

organised a shadowing

scheme, put on oodles of

events for welfare,

entertainment and ethical

affairs, and generally

made college life more

glorious than ever before.

#InCicaleWeTrust

Fitzeros Population

Surges

In the past week, Fitzeros

has experienced an influx

of new citizens from

around the globe. Over a

hundred people have

relocated to behind the

city’s concrete walls,

drawn by the promise of

high quality teaching and

free pool, in what experts

say is fast becoming an

annual trend.

Always keen to welcome

new citizens, the small

council has put all efforts

into organising a

multitude of events to

make the newcomers feel

at home—an initiative

headed by Lady Fenella

and her Festivities

Committee. New

Fitzerosians have been

taken on a tour of the

local taverns, given a

showcase of the city’s

musical talents and have

even been invited to

attend one of our famous

Grand Banquets, where

the mead flows freely and

music is provided by the

finest bards from across

the land. Sources say that

it went pretty well.

Got something to say to

the small council? A

burning question or a

cool suggestion? Feel

free to get in touch via

our website at fitzjcr.com

or contact us directly at

our JCR email addresses,

which can also be found

on the website.

Otherwise, we have

regular open meetings at

which we discuss a

variety of college-wide

matters. You are welcome

to attend these and will

receive an email with the

agenda every time one’s

coming up.
