Bio When he was 17 in his native London, Dave spied a no name P-Bass copy in a music store window. It was love at first sight! But life and work intervened. Seven years passed before he could study bass guitar seriously. From 1992 until 2004, Dave gigged with several local bands on London’s pub and club circuit. In 2004, Dave realized his dream to attend Musicians Institute in Los Angeles, where he studied with Alexis Sklarevski, among other bass greats. He graduated in 2006 with the Outstanding Bass Student Award. Currently, Dave works at Musicians Institute and gigs with various artists on the L.A. indie circuit, regularly playing The Whiskey, The House of Blues, Molly Malone’s, and other popular venues.
