Travel Agent RegistrationStep 1: Type the URL www.birdres.com and click on login. Home page of BirdRes.com will appear.

Step 2: Click on Travel Agent Registration tab.

Step 3: Fill in all the details. The asterisk (*) marked fields are mandatory. The subscriber has to check the box of services required to get an access of the same. For Flights and Coaches, subscriber will have an option to select the Source.

Step 4: Please ensure to go through with the Terms and Conditions of the site usage. The subscriber will be able to see the Subscriber Agreement Form. If you agree with the same, check the box and click on Submit in order to proceed.

Click on Terms & Conditions. User will be able to see the Subscriber Agreement form.

After approving the Terms & Conditions, click on submit in order to proceed.

Step 5: Subscriber will get a pop up message seeking for the re-confirmation of correct details. Once clicked yes, the confirmation message will be reflected on the top of the page.

The agent will get a confirmation that his request has been submitted

The BirdRes subscriber will receive an email from the BirdRes accounts. A User-ID and Password will be provided. Once the credit shell is acknowledged, the subscriber will receive the BirdRes Office-Id.

Steps to create a Rail Booking on BirdResStep 1: Log-on to the BirdRes.com website. Type you username, password and office-id and then click on Login.

Step 2: Fill in the details to search the trains. The asterisk (*) marked fields are mandatory.

Step 3: Select train after checking the fares and availability for the same.

Click on this tab and see the fare for a particular train

Train name, number origin and destination station

Click on this tab and check the availability

The availability will be reflected for next five days along with the number of seats for that particular date. For e .g : 0345 means 345 seats are available on this date.

Step 4: Check the box to agree with the BirdRes Booking policy and terms & conditions.

If you agree to the Terms & Conditions and Booking Policy then you need to check the box to proceed further.

Step 5: Fill in the details of passenger inclusive of Mobile and Email address

Step 6: Select the Payment mode– Credit Card/Credit Limit.

If you want to proceed then click on Payment and your booking is created.

Step 7: Once clicked on Payment, booking is created. Simultaneously, an email is generated to the User.

BirdRes Ref Rail PNR

Email – This is an automatically sent to the address given at the time of booking.

Step 1: Click on the tab Cancel Ticket. Click on search basis. The booking can be retrieved by BirdRes Record Locator, Last Name, Train Name, Train Number, and Mobile Number and email ID. The user can also click on Retrieve booking tab and go to the next page for Search Basis.

Steps to Cancel a Rail Booking

Click on Cancel Ticket

Step 2: Select the line number and click on the tab cancel e-ticket.

Step 3: The user will check the box to select the passengers from the list appeared. Click on the tab cancel. Partial cancellation can also be done.

The booking is cancelled and the status will be reflected on the screen.

Steps to Check PNR statusStep 1: Click on the tab PNR Status. Click on search basis. The booking can be retrieved by BirdRes Record Locator, Last Name, Train Name, Train Number, and Mobile Number and email ID. The user can click on Retrieve booking tab and goes to the next page for Search Basis.

Step 2: The user will be able to see the list of bookings made with the date. Select the required booking. Click on the Get PNR Status.

Steps to Check the Rail Booking Step 1: Click on Rail Booking tab on the top of the page. Through this tab the user can check its daily, weekly, monthly or yearly report on the details of transaction by specifying the date range and the type of transaction i.e. booking and cancelled.

Step 2: User will be able to see the detailed report of number of bookings made and cancellation done on that particular date range.

Steps to Check the Payment ReportStep 1: Click on Payment tab on the top of the page. Through this tab the user can check the report on the payment has been made to BirdRes.com by specifying the date range.

Steps to Create UserStep 1: Click on the My User tab on the top of the page to assign new users.

Step 2: Click on New tab to create new user. Fill in all details and assign the user under the security group. Save all the details.

Step 3: Once saved, the user will get a confirmation as a message on the top of the page.

Steps to Create GroupStep 1: Click on the My Groups tab on the top of the page to assign the security options to a particular user group. For e.g.: If you don’t want everyone in your office to access reports, you can create a separate group.

Step 2: Assign the security options for a particular user group. To assign check or uncheck the box under each category.
