6. BURIALS 7. Wine and beerAll persons licensed to conduct the business of selling beer or wine shall serve either white people exclusively or colored people exclusively and shall not sell to the two races with in the same room at any time. 8. Promotion equality.

Any person who will be guilty of printing, publishing or circulating printed, written material presenting information, arguments or suggestions in favor of social equality or finter marriage, between whites and blacks,will be guilty and fined or imprisoned.

9. Text books

Books shall not be interchange able between the white and colored schools,but shall continue to be used by the race first using them.

10. Mining

The baths and lockers for the negroes shall be separate fromthe white race,but maybe in the same building.
