BUSINESS HOURS: Blowsion maintains daily business hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, PST, Monday through Friday.

PRICES: All prices shown are subject to change without prior written or oral notice. All orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment. Blowsion is not responsible for any incorrectly printed product descriptions, part numbers, or prices.

TERMS: Standard Terms are pre-approved credit card purchases and Certified Money Orders. Personal checks and C.O.D. cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Customers who refuse an order will be held responsible for return freight to Blowsion as well as the original freight. Blowsion will not charge the customers’ credit card until the order is shipped, unless it is a special order. All goods purchased with a credit card can only be shipped to the address on record of the cardholder. That is, the ship-to address MUST BE THE SAME ADDRESS as where the credit card bills are received by the cardholder. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is to protect you, the cardholder, from fraudulent use of your credit card number.

ORDERS: In most cases orders received before 12 noon PST will be shipped same day. However, due to seasonal changes in sales volume please allow 24-72 hours to process some orders from time of receipt.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: When placing an order by e-mail or FAX, please include your exact shipping address and FAX number, (with your country & city code). This is very important. We will e-mail you a quote and shipping options prior to shipping.

BACK ORDERS: We try to avoid backorder situations, but if it occurs, we will take your order and then call you as soon as the product is again available.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders are shipped prepaid only, and cannot be returned. (Mat Kits, Custom Painted items, etc).

SHIPMENT METHOD: All orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service (Military Addresses Only). The standard shipping method is Ground Service. Orange (3 Day), Blue (2 Day) and Red (1 Day) services are also available at additional cost, and only when requested and approved by Blowsion. We do not offer C.O.D. delivery for retail customers. If you require your order to be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (Military Addresses Only), there will be additional handling charges due to costs incurred by Blowsion in delivering packages to the Post Office (UPS, on the other hand, picks up daily from our facility).

CANCELLATIONS: Special ordered merchandise cannot be cancelled and are payable in advance. Cancellation of standard item orders must be received prior to shipment of goods. Blowsion cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.

RETURNS & CLAIMS: Any requests for the return of goods purchased from Blowsion must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Prior to any return shipment, call Blowsion for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that will be issued over the phone. Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging and include instruction manuals, hardware and all accessories relevant to the product as it was shipped. If the merchandise has been installed on the watercraft or used, or is missing parts or manuals then you have bought it and it cannot be returned. Merchandise can only be returned by the party that originally purchased it from Blowsion (ie: if you bought it at a dealership) you must return it to that dealership. The customer is responsible for the return freight costs incurred. NO SHIPPING CHARGES REFUNDED. No exceptions. If the merchandise is being returned because of a proven shipping or packing error made by Blowsion, then Blowsion will only cover the cost for shipping the correct product back to the customer via UPS Ground or U.S. Parcel Post shipping. Any expedited air freight requests or costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Blowsion cannot issue call tags. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restock charge plus the original cost to ship the goods the first time. Refunds will only be for credit towards future purchases - no cash refunds or credit to credit card. In the event of a defective part or goods being received by the customer, Blowsion will exchange the defective item for a new replacement at no charge upon the return of the defective item. Damages caused by the shipper excluded.

FREIGHT CLAIMS: All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods, or preferably with the delivery upon recieving. All damage claims must be supported by a bill of lading/tracking number and invoice.

WARRANTY: All of the items sold by Blowsion are intended for watercraft racing use only and are not USCG approved, DOT approved, or EPA approved. Any of the items sold in our catalog could possibly void the watercrafts manufacturer’s warranty. Blowsion warrants its products to be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery but makes no other warranty claims.

LIABILITY: The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise purchased from Blowsion by the customer hereby shall release Blowsion from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that any alteration or modification to any watercraft may increase the risk of injury, accident or death, and may also render the watercraft illegal for use on public waterways.

Blowsion was established 20 years ago in 1989 by John Dady to serve the core of true purists of custom painting, Jet Ski freeriding, racing and freestyling. Devoted to integrity, quality and rendering the look and supplying the parts that customers want and expect from direct communication and testing, John still airbrushes every custom painted item that leaves Blowsion. Unless we can finish our in house human-cloning technology soon, this will continue to be the case.

Blowsion does not fit the slot of any Yellow Pages section. We are a specialized composite design, graphic design, artwork, and refinish facility with many facets and offshoots allowing for some pretty unique and effective products and imagery to be generated. Individual design concepts and projects are achieved with top shelf professional skills and the finest materials available. We use only the highest quality billet aluminum, composite materials, paints, primers, and repair resins.

All graphics are painted on. We have a full Vinyl-CAD system for creating templates and incorporating your specific logo or detailed fonts that you may request. We use a combination of PPG brand primers, basecoats and high solid clears as well as House of Kolor brand candies and graphic colors. In other words after countless years of mad scientist experimentation in the spray booth, we use a combination of automotive finishes to create what we feel is a superior finish. We do not use water based airbrush colors or non-catalyzed basecoats. If your paint project is going to see the kind of speeds and abuse that today’s sports require, then please do not allow inferior and weak finishes to be applied on it.

We will put together an accurate cost estimate for the paint work/design after we receive input from you on your desires and ideas. We will always want to personalize the design to your uniqueness, so it would be our job to expose a few different ideas or "improvements" to make it YOUR new graphic design. At Blowsion we like to call it the new 2015 version of what maybe is your standard and expected “look."

No more frustrating glue on handle bar grips. ODI's patented Lock-On Grip System for personal watercraft uses four aluminum Lock Jaw Clamps (two on either grip) tolock your grips onto the bars. They can be removed or installedin just a few seconds without using any glues or ties and without destroying your grips each time. Simply snap the aluminum Lock JawClamp onto the ears on either end of the grip. To clarify the difference between the models, what we have done is recessed a concave shape into the bottom leading edge of the Tubbie II sponson to create a harder and sharper edge for turning and tracking. Horsepower and Performance:The 2 words are a bit misleading and confusing when it comes to watercraft and their inherently inefficient impellers and pumps. The main facet we have noticed with our customers and pro riders is that neither word means much when your are sitting idle on the beach due to mechanical nightmares. At that moment of possible wife beating or nervous breakdown, durability and reliability really come to mind as the key words! With that seared foremost into our minds, the Blowsion tech crew has put together the following engine package options. These are the same set-ups that you will find in our World Champion Pro Freeride domination, as well as the local lake and ocean rippers.

Yamaha 760 Big Bore:Always a favorite with the freerider and freestyle crowd, the Blowsion 760 big bore uses our freeride sleeves that receive a full cnc port job before the liners are even installed. We match the cases, true and weld the crank and finish up with precise hand grinding for one of the most impressive 760s you have ever ridden. Yamaha 850 big bore:This is a motor package that was designed to fill the gap between the 760 big bore and the billet stroker in both cost and performance. We are able to offer this package affordably with the ability to run any number of aftermarket billet head and dome combinations. In addition, we can also offer this cylinder set up ranging from a stock crank to a 5 mil stroker (908cc in a stock cylinder). For added durability, we reinforce all of our 850s and strokers with our Blowsion Case Kranker. The resulting cases are far stronger than stock and are ready to accept whatever horsepower and abuse is thrown at them. All porting in both cylinders and cases are done with a CNC machine and hand finished to attain the highest standards. Dasa Strokers: We have had great success with the Dasa product line and don't feel the need to reinvent the wheel.
