The Task Group meeting results, 10th Feb. 2012

• About 15 people attended the meeting• We presented DRIS and BP current stages and

proposals on its development• We prepared online surveys to get feedback

(no responses during the meeting)• Almost all TG’s working materials are available

online, including at euroCRIS forum• The initial TG’s workplan was agreed

Board mandate: DRIS survey

• Relationship of DRIS to – CERIF Compliance project– CRIS-IR survey

• Audience to be called upon for registration– General (“CRIS landscape”)– euroCRIS members (privilege of “official register”)

Relationship of DRIS to Compliance and Portal

• We propose a registration of CRIS artifacts at DRIS as a way to collect data for re-use including its CERIF compliance

• DRIS Information Hub as preparation on Pan European Portal

RAS CRIS

• A decision to change software platform was made. Our initial plan is to reincarnate the current RAS CRIS on the base of MS SharePoint 2010 (not Drupal) and with CERIF redesigning of its database.

• Now we are waiting a confirmation on the project's budget for this year.

State CRIS

• In January 2012 people from CITIS (http://www.citis.ru/) who are in charge for State CRIS invited me to head a group for making within the State CRIS a harmonization with European research formats (namely CERIF).
