GRAPE VARIETY: Macabeo 100%

PRODUCTION: Light maceration on the

skins to extract the best primary aromas.

TASTING NOTES: Light straw tones with

green hues. Crisp and clean with intense

fresh fruit with hints of citrus, apple and

white flowers. It is well structured, balances

and with fresh acidity. A light spritz

complements a lasting finish.

FOOD PAIRING: The cleansing acidity

makes this summery white the ideal partner

for all types of seafood or white meat.

GRAPE VARIETY: Bobal 100%

PRODUCTION: Light Maceration followed

by further pressing and temperature

controlled fermentation.

TASTING NOTES: Another classically dark

Rosado with ripe strawberry tones. Intense

fruity aromas with bubble gum and cherry

noticeable. Fresh acidity balances the

stickiness and as usual the Bobal provides

ample structure.

FOOD PAIRING: A great all rounder that

suits pasta, rice dishes, white meats, colds

meats and even soft cheeses.

GRAPE VARIETY: Macabeo 100%

PRODUCTION: Light Maceration followed

by further pressing and temperature

controlled fermentation.

TASTING NOTES: Somewhat pale it retains

the green straw typical to Macabeo. Fresh

tropical fruit notes and white flowers on the

nose. Rich in flavours with a long fish.

FOOD PAIRING: Can be serves as an

aperitif but also combines well with

seafood and rice dishes or as a dessert

wine.

GRAPE VARIETY: Bobal 100%

ALCOHOL: 10.5%

PRODUCTION: Lengthy maceration using

the traditional techniques.

TASTING NOTES: Darker than you average

Rosado it is vivid raspberry red in colour

with summer fruits and flowers the nose.

Characterful and structured thanks largely

to the thick skinned Bobal. It still offers

elegance and smoothness in the mouth.

FOOD PAIRING: Another good partner to

white meats. Beautifully refreshing when

served chilled it can double up as an

aperitif wine.

GRAPE VARIETY: Syrah 100%

PRODUCTION: : Lengthy maceration using

the traditional techniques.

TASTING NOTES: An elegant violent in

colour with plenty of red fruit on the nose

with the typical notes of blackberry and

pepper delicately balanced. As you would

expect from a Syrah varietal, bold and full

bodied in the mouth but good acidity

provides ample structure and grip.

FOOD PAIRING: Goes extremely well with

barbecued or grilled meat, especially

when served slightly chilled.

GRAPE VARIETY: Petit Verdot 100%

PRODUCTION: Lengthy maceration using

the traditional techniques.

TASTING NOTES: Beautifully concentrated

cherry red with shades of violet. Fully

ripened under the hot Manchuela sunshine

it present leather and wood notes on the

nose and smoothness in the mouth.

FOOD PAIRING: A lovely wine to be had

with ‘Comida Puchero’ – stews and

casseroles.

GRAPE VARIETY: Tempranillo 100%

PRODUCTION: Lengthy maceration using the

traditional techniques.

TASTING NOTES: Intense cherry in colour

often glinting violet. Fruits of the forest are

present with noticeable aromas of mulberry

and plum. Liquorice and dry pepper notes

provide extra body and grip. Smooth and

rounded in the mouth with floral tones

present in the finish.

FOOD PAIRING: A deliciously approachable

drinking red, to accompany all the usual

suspects: red meat, game and blue

cheese.

TEMPRANILLO

GRAPE VARIETY: Tempranillo 100%

AGING: 6 months

PRODUCTION: Long maceration for colour

and aroma extraction . Aged six months in

French and American oak..

TASTING NOTES: Ruby-red with shades of

terracotta. Leafy aromas with fruits of the

forest and jam, with only subtled touches

of vanilla oak. Well balanced and lasting

on the finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Rare red meat is the

obviously choice for this wine, although it is

thankfully under-oaked and can also suit

lighter dishes.
