Sales started early this year

and like last year we have had a

fall surge.

My View of the Market This year has been a strong year in the

local real estate market. Sales year-to-date are up 23% compared with last year. Inventory has been low all year and when low inventory is coupled with high activity the result is frustrated buyers. Currently approximately 40% of active listings are under contract. The good listings go fast. Low interest rates continue to entice buyers to move.
