Our Boutique Party Pad creates the ultimate party space for all ages (and we promise you don’t have to be under the age of 10 to really enjoy a fabulous tipi party experience). We’ve shared some of our fave ways to use the space and bundles of advice and ideas to help you plan your event, so no matter how crazy and out-there your request, we can make it possible.

From children’s play dens and perfect party packages to cosy cinema hang-out dens, pamper parlours or man caves - these versatile and stand-out structures really do offer a playground for fantastic events - you just have the fun decision of what to choose.

Frequently asked questionsWhere can the tipi be set up?The beauty of our Boutique Party Pad is that it can be set up on just about any grassed surface across the North West. Pitch up on your fave campsite, in friends/family’s gardens or create your own festival-inspired village at your event.

Pretty much anywhere makes a wonderful home-from-home for our boutique party suite. Ask our helpful folk about pitching on other ground conditions and of course what’s involved when popping up our party pad further afield.

Do I have to hire the giant tipis to be able to hire the boutique party pad?No, plain and simple. We’re all about providing our uber-gorge party experience to just about any celebration you can think of and we promise we don’t mind if there’s no giant tipis in tow. It’s so easy, if our party pad is available, you’re welcome to book. Absolutely, you can book this independently, but of course it’s an ideal complement to our tipis. The perfect partner and tailor-made experience you might say.

When will it be set up/taken downGreat news, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy your wonderfully unique party experience as the hire price is for up to 3 nights. If we’re setting up your event tipis, the Boutique Party Pad will be set up/taken down at the agreed time as your event tipis. If booked separately, we’ll agree with you in advance what date/time the tipi will be ready to enjoy.

Can I book this on behalf of someone else?Yes absolutely. If you’re planning a surprise or providing the Boutique Party Pad as a one-of-a-kind gift, we’ll make sure that your secret is safe with us. We’ll take relevant contact details and co-ordinate arrangements without spilling the beans, we promise! Nothing makes us happier than a perfectly executed surprise reaction moment. Worth the effort for sure!

Do the fairy lights require mains power?For total peace of mind, we’ve got two options. If your event has the option to connect to mains/generator power we’ll hook you up with our beautifully-bright fairy lights. No mains, no worries – we’ll provide the most stunning warm white battery-powered lights. Talk to our passionate team with any specific details and we will gladly help you choose the best options.

Can we create our own party packages?Our hand-picked, specially selected party packages have been designed to provide a range of wonderful features and fixed price points. We believe that this gives you a great choice of options for your event. But yes, by all means, should you have a particular requirement we’d be delighted to talk to you about possible variations to make your experience completely unique and unforgettable.

Can we leave children unattended in the party pad?For the younger ones, we’d recommend that at all times, they are fully supervised. Why not hire a nanny or play leader/entertainer to provide hours of fun? That extra bit of support may give you the confidence to relax and enjoy the party knowing they are safe and having fun under the watchful eyes of trained professionals. If you’re hiring the party pad for older guests i.e. a sleepover or cinema night, we’d recommend close supervision of your teens throughout - just to ensure they’re fully stacked up on all the obligatory snacks and essentials.

Can we eat inside the party pad?Yes for sure - there’s nothing better than al-fresco dining. Whether it’s a buffet for the little ones or satisfying those late-night munchies - it’s no trouble at all. We just ask that sticky fingers are kept away from the party pad canvas and furnishings and that any leftovers are taken out of the tipi.

What type of activities are permitted within the party pad tipi?This really is over to you. We know that for every party, there is a different and preferred choice of activity, Perhaps for the smaller kiddies it’s face painting, colouring, crafts and dressing up. And for the grown ups; beauty parlours, man hang-outs, gaming dens or even a romantic escape. Whatever it is that you’ve got planned, we just ask that you take good care of the tipi throughout.

Can we use fire for children’s parties?Our delightful fire can be used within our party pad for overnight accommodation options. It’s provided as standard with a fire guard and all of the safety essentials you’d expect. However, we’d recommend that this is not chosen for children’s parties as we just don’t want you worrying about those precious little pinkies and not thoroughly enjoying your little one’s special party.

If we choose the fire, how much fuel is provided?Whether you’ve opted for an epic end-to-the-night retreat, a get-your-friends-together hub or a romantic getaway – our smokeless logs will provide the heat to keep the party going. To help you get the most from your amazing tipi experience, we provide you with fuel for a 12-hour burn. More logs can be purchased as required.

Can I plug in my own electrical party items?

100% yes. If karaoke is your thing, or you’ve got a nifty disco light that you’ve just gotta have at the party, we’ll make sure that we’ve discussed with you if you’d find a plug socket or two helpful and agree in advance where you’d like these, along with sharing any safety advice or recommendations

Can we smoke inside the tipi?Unfortunately not. Being in such close contact to our tipi with smoke and cigarettes means an increased likelihood of damage from cigarette butts or ashes. Like any other public space, we’d ask that you smoke outside, if it would help, we can provide outdoor heaters, shelter, seats and a place to dispose of cigarettes.

Can we have pets inside the tipi?As much as we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted inside the tipis.

What’s the min/max time we can hire the boutique tipi for?Our stunning Boutique Party Pad is made to enjoy for up to three nights within the prices shown. Should you wish to prolong your celebrations, we’d gladly provide a tailored fee and subject to availability that can be for as long as you desire. We are unable to amend/reduce package pricing for durations less than three nights.

So that you are fully informed from the outset about the final cost and you’ll always know what’s included we make sure that we are completely transparent with the details when hiring our gorgeous Boutique Party Pad. Here’s the low-down.

We have a very small fee (damage waiver) that covers you for any accidental loss or damage to the Boutique Party Pad and its fabulous contents. Ask us for more info or of course see T&Cs for details

We’ll gladly deliver our unique boutique tipi to you wherever you may be in the country. Be that far or near, it’s simple with us. We have a fixed price per mile and we just note the post code and calculate the return journeys to deliver/collect your boutique tipi. If you’re also hiring any of our stunning tipis or furnishings and equipment then you’ll never have to pay for delivery twice as we’ll be sure to make sure that your tipi arrives with other ordered goods saving you valuable pennies.
