Complete the lesson on ‘The Major Muscle Groups’.

Go through activities 1 and 2 of the lesson. These two activities will introduce you to the major muscle groups and their functions in our daily life.

Play the 4 minutes Tabata video and follow the workout. Modify the workout according to your needs and capabilities. For example, you can increase the intensity by doing more reps or doing more sets. REMEMBER it is all about having FUN and keeping active!

You may wish to include this or any of the previous HBL workouts as part of your daily activity. It takes less than 30 minutes and is a good way to keep fit while having fun.
