SEE PAGE 36 FOR THE BOXOFFICE GLOBAL LEADERS OF EXHIBITION—RANKS 11–25
For many years, Boxoffice® has published an annual Giants
of Exhibition ranking that has proved to be one of the most
popular features in our magazine. As exhibition continues to
grow around the world, we felt it became necessary to ex-
pand our reach and ensure our Giants of Exhibition coverage
would address the increasingly global nature of our industry.
There were numerous sources of information to put this proj-
ect together, but we would like to especially thank our part-
ners at Dodona Research and our Chinese partner, EntGroup,
for contributing a wealth of data that made this list possible.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM OUR FINDINGS:
Twelve of the Boxoffice® Global Leaders have a multi-country strategy, while 13 others (primarily in China and the U.S.) are
purely focused on their domestic market n Latin America is the most concentrated market in the world with the top 3 players
accounting for 60 percent of the total number of screens. It is followed by North America, which hosts the top 3 players ac-
counting for 50 percent of the total screen count. n In Asia, the top 3 players represent one-third of the total number of screens.
n Europe is the least concentrated market: it takes 20 companies to reach one-third of the total screen count.
