POWER ZONE is a fitness club that offers fitness classes, exercise equipment and a weight reduction program. The program will operate as a general partnership. Gourab Paul will manage the daily operation and accounting oversight responsibilities of POWER ZONE.

Located in Tripura, Tripura we will find customer who are interested in Good Health and who want to live life as a active and disease less person

Market Analysis Summary

In our research we find that in such location there is no such GYM which provide world class facility E.g- Best trainers, Good equipment's, Environment. In this location the existing GYM are having problem of repair and maintenance, they not repair their equipment on regular interval. And people are less conscious about their health make aware of this thinks.

Marketing Strategy

On the inauguration we invite Celebrity as well as Local Body-builders who were won any trophy and The Sport Minister of the state. Before this we promote for the GYM on Local channel, Newspaper and flex advertising.

We will start a page on Facebook to stay connect with the peoples and also Upload the video in Youtube to become Popular in Social media. Will create special events during the year.

These events will be used as a special promotional tools. We will create good relation with the customer Or CRM as they do the work of referral group.

Sales Strategy

We will target the Young generation as well as Old generation in both gender.

To making Muscular body, loosing fat and keeping body fit for all those people who will join the GYM

Along with GYM we will sale Branded Supplement.Develop future sales opportunities that allow for continued

growth of the business.

In Tripura there is no multispecialty GYM, so it create competitive edge as own. Because it has so much facility like good environment, Specialties trainer, variety of equipment.

Management Summary

• POWER ZONE will be managed and operated by 2 trainer initially (when the member of GYM are increased the number of Trainer will be 4), 1 Doctor, 2 Security guard, Gourab Paul will manage the daily operation and accounting oversight responsibilities.• Any managerial decision will be taken by both the partners.
