Each entry must be filled out completely including your name, address & phone number in print and online. 7. Newspaper entries must be deposited NO LATER THAN NOON on Thursday, March 19 at The Derby Informer office, 219 E. Madison, Derby KS. Online entries must be received in Derby Informer email NO LATER THAN NOON Thursday, March 19. 8. In the newspaper form, one of your final four team picks must be circled as to - “the team you think will be the champion”- and will serve as a tie-breaker if there is more than one entry form with the most number of final four teams chosen to be correct. The online form allows for a champion entry as well and serves the same tie-breaker purpose. If there is still no apparent winner (still tied), then a random drawing will be held to determine the contest winner(s) of all prizes. 9. Contest winners will be notified by phone by The Derby Informer and announced as early as Wednesday, April 8 online or April 15 in The Derby Informer. No purchase necessary.
