Poem of the Month
A Red, Red Rose
O my Luve's like a red, red rose
That's newly sprung in June;
O my Luve's like the melodie
That's sweetly play'd in tune.
As fair art thou, my bonnie lass,
So deep in luve am I:
And I will luve thee still, my dear,
Till a' the seas gang dry:
Till a' the seas gang dry, my dear,
And the rocks melt wi' the sun:
I will luve thee still, my dear,
While the sands o' life shall run.
And fare thee well, my only Luve
And fare thee well, a while!
And I will come again, my Luve,
Tho' it were ten thousand mile.

Manager’s Note
Hello,
We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. We are looking forward to another
exciting year!
Thank you to all who helped make the Christmas season extra special with their
wonderful carol singing: Elation Community Choir, Brampton Primary, Whitehills
Primary, Kingsthorpe Scouts and Girl Guides.
With the help of the sale of ornaments knitted by the Brampton View Residents, our
Christmas Jumper Day fundraising for Save the Children totalled £24.05.
Thank you for all of your support.
We also raised £410 for our Wishing Well projects with the help of all who supported
our annual Christmas Bazaar. Thank you so much for buying raffle tickets, donating
items and visiting our Bazaar. We look forward to a New Year with lots of exciting
Wishing Well Project experiences!
Kind regards,
