BRAND GUIDELINESThese are the official Brand Guidelines for Vantel Pearls, formerly known as Vantel Pearls in the Oyster. (Henceforth, kindly remove this phrase from your vocabulary.)In these pages, you will learn about the importance of brand consistency and what that means for you as a part of Vantel Pearls. You will be subject to testing without notice, so please read carefully!

OUR BRANDOur brand is the perception of us as a business. It is what defines us and makes us unique; what people connect with when they interact with our company- attending a Pearl Party, visiting our website or wearing our jewelry. Our brand is the reason we are all working together. It is the touch, tone and feel of Vantel Pearls- the aspiration of an endless New England summer, the feeling of sand in your toes, the sound of the waves crashing and the salty smell of an ocean breeze.

WHY BRAND IS IMPORTANTAt Vantel Pearls, we share a vision to inspire women to achieve joyous, authentic abundant lives. Living out our vision means a consistent, collaborative approach to making a difference in the lives of others.This effort applies to everything we do, from holding Pearl Parties to drilling and mounting Pearls, to the tone, look and feel of our communications.This document will help us work together to create consistent communication that speaks to a wide variety of audiences in one identifiable voice.When you invest in a Vantel Pearls business or become part of the Vantel Pearls Home Office, you become a brand ambassador, and as such you are receiving the privilege to use our brand. With that privilege comes the responsibility to uphold and represent the brand and its trademarks.

CORE VALUESVantel Pearls’ core values define the most important things about us as a company.They are: Believe, Gratitude, The WOW Experience, Genuine and Inspiration.These are the principals that embody the essence of our company. They support our vision, shape our culture and reflect our most basic values.You should know these in your sleep. Really.

LOGOOur logo is the official trademarked symbol of Vantel Pearls. It is sacred.To the right is the official Vantel Pearls logo.The Pantone spot color is 2718.Note the TM symbol, which should always accompany the logo, proportionally to the size of the logo used.

LOGO USEThe Vantel Pearls logo should always appear level, and in exact proportion.

LOGO USEThe Vantel Pearls logo should be in its official blue color, on a white background.In the case of a darker background, the logo should be white on the background.If there is an item that is prone to becoming dirty, a royal blue or light “sand” colored background option is acceptable.

INDEPENDENTDEMONSTRATOR LOGOWhen creating flyers or materials for downline Demonstrators, Hostesses or your Customers, it is appropriate to use the “Independent Demonstrator” version of the logo.

EMAIL SIGNATURESAmong the tools we have to build brand consistency is the use of our email signatures (the stacked information under your name at the bottom of your emails).These should be formatted as follows:NameTitleVantel PearlsPhone NumberWebsite (personal website for Demonstrators, corporate website for Home Office staff)facebook.com/vantelpearlscorp

Note: Demonstrators often have team names, chosen by their Leader. These are appropriate for use in intra-team communication, but should be strictly omitted from emails and other materials sent to Customers, Hostesses or anyone outside of your team. It is important for all of us to be consistently identified as a part of Vantel Pearls and not give the impression of belonging to a separate entity.

MARKETING & BUSINESS MATERIALSMaterials provided to Hostesses and Customers to announce specials, Hostess Coach, provide business information, etc. should be branded materials created by the company, or otherwise specifically approved for this use. An important part of building a successful brand is a cohesive look and feel to items that, for example, go into a Hostess packet. Personally created flyers made with purple construction paper or random stickers on catalogs hurt the Vantel Pearls brand. It should cause you physical discomfort to see errant materials in an otherwise consistent-looking package.

Likewise, your Party Presentation should follow guidelines as trained in the Demonstrator Workbook and other presentation examples.

At fairs and events, your booth should have a clean visual presence, with brand colors and Vantel Pearls created or approved signage. Your table should represent the colors of the ocean or beach. If you own banners or signage that contain old logos, or are printed on a forest green background, burn them now!

If there is something you feel you need, let the Home Office know you need it before you create your own; they are there to guide you, and may even create it for you if it represents a common need.

ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITYWe are proud you are part of Vantel Pearls. As Vantel Pearls brand ambassadors we all have permission and a responsibility to hold each other accountable. If you see a pink logo on your materials or that of others, lashings may be delivered, or maybe just a gentle reminder that we all have the care of the Vantel Pearls brand in our hands.
