You can find the Posted date for your Parties and orders in the Parties Report in OllieNet. Parties submitted with missing information may result in a delay in processing your commission payment. Your commission details are available in OllieNet under Reports > Financials. Year to date totals are available under Reports > YTD Totals. Our goal is to process your parties and commissions as quickly as possible.

Promotions Title Promotions occur in real time. This means when qualifications for promotion to any level of Leadership are achieved during a given month, the promotion will automatically be recognized and paid in the month that the rank was achieved. For example; if a Demonstrator has achieved all of the personal and team requirements of Star Demonstrator in the month of May, she will be paid at the rank of Star Demonstrator automatically when the monthly team override payroll is run for that month. Contests and Incentives As a new Demonstrator, you have an opportunity to earn fabulous incentives during your first 60 days. New Demonstrators are eligible for Fast Start Rewards. All Demonstrators and Leaders are eligible to earn incentives, such as all-expense-paid trips, National Conference incentives, and Demonstrator Specials. Please note that Awards and Incentives are considered taxable income. Demonstrators may purchase Vantel Pearls Jewelry at a 40% discount for personal use. These purchases are non-commissionable; do not count toward Total Sales Volume (TSV), Trip Points or qualifications for promotions.

New Recruit - Qualifications and Benefits

o 18 years or older o A citizen or permanent resident of the United States o Have a valid social security number o Must have read and agreed to the Vantel Pearls Demonstrator Agreement o Maintain a valid credit card on file o Purchased a Vantel Pearls Demonstrator Starter kit o Have three dated party bookings within the first 35 days o Have access to the internet and have an email address

Active Recruit - Qualifications An Active Recruit is one who has submitted $250 or more in personal Total Sales Volume (TSV) in a calendar month or $500 or more personal Total Sales Volume (TSV) over every two month rolling period. Commissions An Active Recruit may earn:

• 25% of personal Commissionable Volume (CV) (Jewelry Sales) Active Recruits are eligible to receive:

• 2% Sponsorship Override on the monthly CV (Jewelry Sales) of the Recruits/Demonstrators you Personally Sponsor.

o To receive this Override, you must have a monthly personal TSV of $250 or more. o The 2% Override is available on CV (Jewelry Sales) of 1st Level Recruits.

Demonstrator - Qualifications & Benefits Commissions A Demonstrator may earn:

• 25% of personal CV (Jewelry Sales) or • 30% of CV (Jewelry Sales) when their monthly personal TSV is $4,000 or more.

Demonstrators are eligible to receive:

• 2% Sponsorship Override on the monthly CV (Jewelry Sales) of the Demonstrators you Personally Sponsor. o To receive this Override, you must have a monthly personal TSV of $250 or more. o The 2% Override is available on CV (Jewelry Sales) of 1st Level Recruits.

• 40% Discount on Personal Jewelry Purchases

Overrides are payable each month these requirements are met. A Personally Sponsored Active Demonstrator is anyone you personally brought into the business who submits $250 or more in personal Total Sales Volume (TSV) in a calendar month or $500 or more personal Total Sales Volume (TSV) over every two month rolling period.

Star Demonstrator - Qualifications & Benefits

Requirements to Promote to Star Demonstrator To become a Star Demonstrator, you must achieve the following in a given month:

• $500 or more in personal TSV (total sales volume). • $2,000 or more team TSV. This includes your personal TSV. • Have at least 2 Personally Sponsored Active Demonstrators in your 1st Level.

Commissions Star Demonstrators may earn:

• 25% of their personal CV (Jewelry Sales) or • 30% of personal CV (Jewelry Sales) when their monthly personal

TSV is $4,000 or more. Star Demonstrators are eligible to receive:

• 4% additional override on monthly personal CV (Jewelry Sales) • 4% additional override on 1st level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales) • 40% Discount on Personal Jewelry Purchases

Monthly requirements to receive Star Demonstrator Override:

• $500 or more in personal TSV per month • $2,000 or more team TSV per month. This includes your personal TSV. • 2 Personally Sponsored Active Demonstrators or more in your 1st level

Leader - Qualification and Benefits Requirements to promote to Leader: To become a Leader, you must achieve the following in a given month:

• $1,000 or more in monthly personal TSV. • $4,000 or more team TSV. This includes your personal TSV. • Have at least 3 Personally Sponsored Active Demonstrators in your 1st Level.

Qualified Leader A Qualified Leader is one who has 3 Personally Sponsored Active Demonstrators and who has submitted at least $1,000 Monthly Personal TSV and met the minimum Monthly Team Sales requirement of $4,000 TSV Commissions A Leader may earn:

• 25% of their personal CV (Jewelry Sales) or • 30% of personal CV (Jewelry Sales) when their monthly

personal TSV is $4,000 or more. CV (Jewelry Sales)

Star Leader – Qualifications and Benefits

Requirements to Promote to Star Leader To become a Star Leader, you must achieve the following in a given month:

• Have $1,000 or more in monthly personal TSV. • Have $8,000 or more team TSV per month. This includes your

personal TSV. • Be a Qualified Leader and have at least 3 Personally Sponsored

Active Demonstrators in Level 1. • Have at least 1 Qualified Leader in your 1st Level.

Commissions Star Leaders may earn:

• 25% of their personal CV (Jewelry Sales) or • 30% of personal CV (Jewelry Sales) when their monthly personal

TSV is $4,000 or more. Star Leaders are eligible to receive:

• 8% ADDITIONAL Override on personal monthly CV (Jewelry Sales). • 8% Override on 1st Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales). • 4% Override on 2nd Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales). • 2% Override on 3rd Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales). • 40% Discount on Personal Jewelry Purchases

Director - Qualifications and Benefits Requirements to Promote to Director To become a Director, you must achieve the following in a given month:

• Have $1,000 or more in monthly personal TSV. • Have $15,000 or more team TSV per month. This includes

your personal TSV. • Be a Qualified Leader and have at least 3 Personally

Sponsored Active Demonstrators • Have at least 2 Qualified Leaders (one must be in Level 1).

Commissions Directors may earn:

• 25% of their personal CV (Jewelry Sales) or • 30% of personal CV (Jewelry Sales) when their monthly personal

TSV is $4,000 or more.

Directors are eligible to receive: • 9% ADDITIONAL Override on monthly personal CV (Jewelry Sales). • 9% Override on 1st Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales). • 4% Override on 2nd Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales). • 2% Override on 3rd Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales). • A One-Time Performance Bonus of $500 for promoting to Director. (After 3 consecutive qualifying months.) • 40% Discount on Personal Jewelry Purchases

Monthly requirements to receive Override:

• $1,000 or more in personal TSV (total sales volume) per month. • $15,000 or more team TSV per month. This includes your personal TSV. • 3 Personally Sponsored Active Demonstrators or more in your 1st level. • 2 Qualified Leaders • At least 1 Qualified Leader must be in your 1st level.

Executive Director Qualifications and Benefits

Requirements to Promote to Executive Director To become an Executive Director, you must achieve the following in a given month:

• Have $1,000 or more in monthly personal TSV. • Have $25,000 or more team TSV per month. This includes

your personal TSV. • Be a Qualified Leader and have 3 or more Personally Sponsored

Active Demonstrators in Level 1 • Have at least 4 Qualified Leaders with two (2) Qualified

Leaders from your 1st Level Commissions Executive Directors may earn:

• 25% of their personal CV (Jewelry Sales) or • 30% of personal CV (Jewelry Sales) when their monthly personal

TSV is $4,000 or more. Executive Directors are eligible to receive:

• 9% ADDITIONAL Override on monthly personal CV (Jewelry Sales) • 9% Override on 1st Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales) • 4% Override on 2nd Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales) • 2% Override on 3rd Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales) • 1% Override on 4th Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales) • 40% Discount on Personal Jewelry Purchases • A one-time Career Bonus of $1,000 for promoting to Executive Director after 3 consecutive qualifying months.

 Monthly requirements to receive Override:

Monthly Total Team Sales Bonuses: Qualified Executive Directors earn a $600 Bonus every month their Pay Level Team Sales are $60,000 or more in TSV, and they have met the Override requirements listed above for an Executive Director. Personal Sales are included in Pay Level Team Sales.

Star Executive Director Qualifications and Benefits

Requirements to Promote to Star Executive Director To become a Star Executive Director, you must achieve the following in a given month:

• Have $1,000 or more in monthly personal TSV. • Have $35,000 or more team TSV per month.

This includes your personal TSV. • Be a Qualified Leader and have 3 or more Personally

Sponsored Active Demonstrators • Have 6 Qualified Leaders in their pay levels; 3 must be

from your 1st Level Commissions Star Executive Directors earn:

• 25% of their personal CV (Jewelry Sales) or • 30% of personal CV (Jewelry Sales) when their monthly personal

TSV is $4,000 or more. Star Executive Directors are eligible to receive:

• 11% ADDITIONAL Override on monthly personal CV (Jewelry Sales). • 11% Override on 1st Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales). • 6% Override on 2nd Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales). • 3% Override on 3rd Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales). • 1% Override on 4th Level monthly CV (Jewelry Sales). • 40% Discount on Personal Jewelry Purchases • A one-time Career Bonus of $2,000 for promoting to an Executive Director after 3 consecutive qualifying months.

Monthly requirements to receive Override:

Definitions: For your convenience, below are several terms used in this Compensation Plan. There are additional terms and definitions in Vantel Pearls Demonstrator Workbook. Active Demonstrator An Active Demonstrator is one who has submitted $250 or more in Personal Total Sales Volume (TSV) in a calendar month or $500 or more Personal Total Sales Volume (TSV) over a two month rolling period. Commissionable Volume (CV): All Jewelry Retail Sales are commissionable. Compression: Compression is a Vantel Pearls Career Plan feature designed to insure that qualifying upline Leaders receive the maximum possible downline level overrides based upon downline performance. Compression occurs when the plan automatically moves a lower downline level Qualified Leader up into a higher downline level position (if a higher downline Leader in that downline leg does not qualify) so that the qualifying upline Leader receives the highest possible override payment based on their performance. Example:

1. If you have a Leader in a downline/leg, that Leader will compress to a Level 1 Leader for promotion and maintenance qualifications only. You earn override on their actual pay level.

2. If you have a Level 1 Leader who fails to qualify as a Leader and there is a Leader in the same downline/leg, that

Leader will compress to a Level 1 Leader for promotion and maintenance qualifications only. You earn override on their actual pay level.

                             Downline Demonstrators who are personally sponsored by a Demonstrator and her team of Demonstrators are referred to as a “Downline” or preferably “Success Line”. First Level, Second Level, etc. When you personally sponsor a Demonstrator, they are your first level. Demonstrators sponsored by your first level are in your second level, etc.

 Inactive Demonstrator An Inactive Demonstrator is one who has submitted less than $250 in Personal TSV in a calendar month or less than $500 in Personal TSV over two rolling months. After 3 months of inactivity, Oysters must be returned to the Home Office. Leave of Absence: Demonstrator Leave: Vantel Pearls allows all Demonstrators a two month “Leave of Absence”. A “Leave of Absence” must be requested in writing and must be approved by the Vantel Pearls Home Office 10 days prior to the Leave. Vantel Pearls reserves the right to accept or deny a “Leave of Absence” and ask for a temporary Oyster Recall. New Recruit A New Recruit is an individual who has completed a Vantel Pearls Application and Booking Report, has accepted the Vantel Pearls Demonstrator Agreement, Policies and Procedures and Compensation Plan, has a valid credit card on file, and purchased a Vantel Pearls Demonstrator Starter kit. A Recruit is considered an Active Recruit if their Start date/application date is within the current calendar month or has $500 or more in personal TSV within the last two calendar months Override: A sales commission paid on the monthly CV (Jewelry Sales) submitted by you and Demonstrators sponsored by you and others in your pay level team each month you achieve your Title requirements. OllieNet: OllieNet is Vantel Pearls secured on-line order entry, inventory, commissions, and sales proprietary software reporting tool. Personally Sponsored Active Demonstrator A Personally Sponsored Active Demonstrator is anyone you personally brought into the business who submits $500 or more in personal Total Sales Volume (TSV) over a two month rolling period.   Qualified Leader A Qualified Leader is one who has 3 Personally Sponsored Active Demonstrators and who has submitted at least $1,000 Monthly Personal Total Sales Volume and met the minimum Monthly Team Sales requirement of $4,000. Roll Up If your Personally Sponsored Demonstrator or Personally Sponsored Leader leaves the business, their downline will roll up to the next level, but will NOT count as a Personally Sponsored Demonstrator. Title Maintenance: Your Title is based upon your highest “Paid As” Rank. Your Title will be maintained as long as all qualifications for the Title are met. If your “Paid As” Title has not been maintained for 4 consecutive months, your title will be adjusted to the actual performance level Title you achieve in the 5th month. Promotions to the next Title can always occur in real time, based upon achieving qualifications of that Title in the given month. Total Sales Volume (TSV): Total Sales Volume is the combination of all orders submitted on OllieNet. All contests, bonuses and rewards are based on this amount. Demonstrator discount orders and samples are not included in TSV.

1. When do I begin to receive Commissions as a New Recruit? a. Your earnings begin with your first submitted party.

2. How do I enter my banking information to receive my commissions?

a. All commissions are paid via Direct Deposit. Direct Deposit bank information must be entered into OllieNet in order for you to receive your Commissions on sales.

b. Log in to the Vantel Pearls Website, click Enter OllieNet > My OllieNet Account>Home Office Profile

Update > and enter pertinent banking information under Earnings Payment Method.

4. I meet the requirements for a title promotion. When will the increased overrides begin? a. In the first month that all requirements are met.

5. Do I get paid an Override on Demonstrators who sell less than the amount required for them to receive an

Override or Bonus? a. Yes. If you qualify to receive an Override, you are paid on all CV sales in the levels for which you qualify.

6. If one of my Personally Sponsored Demonstrators resigns, do her Demonstrators move up to me?

a. Yes. They would “roll up” to your 1st level. You receive overrides on all of their CV sales, however they do not count as a Personally Sponsored Active Demonstrator.

7. If a Demonstrator moves up to my 1st level because her Sponsor resigns, does she count as one of my 1st level

Demonstrators to help me qualify for Overrides? a. No, she will not count as an Active Personally Sponsored Demonstrator, but her sales will count toward

overrides.

8. If I sponsor a former Demonstrator who has resigned, will she count as a new Demonstrator for me? a. Yes, provided the following stipulations are met:

i. The Demonstrator has been out of Vantel Pearls for at least six months. ii. The Demonstrator has purchased a new kit and completed all related paperwork as a new

Demonstrator. iii. The Demonstrator is in good standing with Vantel Pearls.

9. If I don’t qualify for a particular level in one month, how am I paid?

a. You are paid at the level you qualify for in that given month.
