0 Holy Spirit, Enter In arr. Moe

0 Holy Spirit, enter in. among these hearts thy work begin. Thy temple deign to make us. Sun of the soul. Thou light divine, around and in us brightly shine . to strength and gladness wake us. Where Thou shinest. life from heaven there is given; We before Thee for that precious gift implore Thee.

0 mighty Rock. 0 source of life! Let thy dear word. 'mid doubt and strife. be so within us burning. That we be faithful unto death in Thy pure love and holy faith. From Thee true wisdom learning. Lord . Thy graces on us shower: by Thy power Christ confessing. Let us win His grace and blessing.

Grant that our days, while life shall last, In purest holiness be passed: Our minds so rule and strengthen That they may rise o'er things of earth, The hopes and joys that here have birth: and if our course Thou lengthen. Keep thou pure. Lord. from offenses. heart and senses: Blessed Spirit. bid us thus true life inherit.

BENEDICTION

Page 19: BRASS CHOIR - Crown College Library · Elfen Lied In der Fruhe Psalm 150 Barbara HoJmberg, soprano Choral Prelude on "Praise to the Lord" Pieces for Flute Clock Toccata from Symphony

0 sing unto the Lord a new song: for He hath done marvelous things: His right hand. and His holy arm. hath gotten Him the victory. The Lord hath made known His salvation: His righteousness hath He openly showed in the sight of the heathen. Psalm 98:1-2

In the midst of chaos and confusion- the discordant din of distraught crying and cursing of self seeking earthlings. the sound of joy and praise is indeed "a new song." The source of this singing is the satisfaction found in the salvation of our God. and the focus is the sweet person of our Christ who daily satisfies with peace and provision.

The new song we sing. and the daily renewing of that song, are but fragmentary rehearsals for the grand new song the choir of the ages shall intone when we join the blood-washed throng surrounding the throne of the "Lamb" and sing unto the Lord a new song.

Dear friend. listen carefully to this choir of choice young women singing the praises of Jehovah. Search even behind their songs and you will find young dedicated lives listening for the trumpet of the heavenlies. Seeking. and sometimes struggling, to march to the cadence from eternity while bombarded with the cacophony of earth's orchestration.

I challenge you to enjoy this singing- and pray as you listen. Let your own soul be refreshed and your spirit renewed. Let the sweet praise of your lips sacrifice to our God. for He hath done marvelous things. Then join your prayer to our prayers and your hand to our hands. as we seek to train young lives for the service of Jesus. I invite you to be a participant together with us in the ongoing labor of St. Paul Bible College.
