Potluck’s History:

One day in 2004, a group of 6 friends decided to have dinner together. They had so much fun that they decided to do it again and each invite one person the next time. This went on every week for almost a year and in that time, there were potlucks as big at 60+ people and as small as 12. Potluck probably touched over 200 people that year.

Potluck’s Power:

We believe that food is the world’s most powerful way to bring people together. In this digital age of social networking, people are losing the human-to-human touch. Everyone needs to eat, so why not eat together? We should break bread with the people we love and care about more often.

Whether you’ve just moved to a new city and want to build a community or if you just want to deepen your existing relationships, potluck can create the space for you to do that, Research shows that food is one of the best ways to build authentic relationships with other people. It’s so simple. All is takes is an email and vacuum cleaner and you’re good to go!
