Youth: :Middle School (6th-8th grade) in Youth Center Room YC-204 (upper level). High School (9th-12th grade) meet in the Youth Center Room YC-107 (main level).

TODAY, November 23rd is Harvest Home Sunday. Let’s celebrate the “Harvest Blessings” that we have received from God this past year. Kent Eby is our guest speaker this morning. We will be accepting a special Harvest Home Offering. The theme this year is being “Generous in Everything”. The financial goal is $88,000 this year, anything over that will be going to Teen Challenge & their building project.

Wednesday, Dec. 3rd: All Church Mission Project - 6:30 pm: In place of regular Wed. programs, there will be a Family night to assemble food boxes for families in need or you may go Christmas Caroling at Miller’s and to Shut-Ins. If you have a van and are willing to drive, please sign up in the lobby.

Saturday, Dec. 6th: Women’s Ministries Christmas Brunch. Silent Auction begins at 9:30 am. If interested in donating new items, drop them off in the church office before Sunday, Nov. 30. (All proceeds go to Andy & Brandie Blosser) Brunch served at 10:00 am. Guest speaker, and childcare provided. More information at the Welcome Center. Sign up in Sunday School Classes or at the Welcome Center.

Sunday, Dec. 7th: All-Church Annual Business meeting and potluck. Immediately following Sunday School at 11:30 am. Table service, and drinks provided. Please bring one main dish and a salad or dessert to share. We will vote on the 2015 budget, and ratify the 2015 Elders. 2015 Budget Proposals will be available in the office.

Wednesday, Dec. 10th (am): J.O.Y. (Just Older Youth/Senior Citizens) Christ-mas Luncheon 11:30 am please bring a meat dish/hot dish, salad or dessert to share.

Dec. 10th (pm): All Church Mission Project - 6:30 pm; Family Night of delivering the Food Boxes to families in our community. A time to serve together as an example to our children.

Saturday, Dec. 13th: WakyMC has been invited to come to the Bethel College Home Basketball game at 4:00 pm. This will be free, if you say that you are from WakyMC. Let’s sit together and cheer on the Pilots. We have 6 students that attend WakyMC who are cheerleaders at Bethel.

Sunday, Dec. 14th: The Preschool and Powersource children will be singing during the service. Nurseries will only be available after the children sing.

Wednesday, Dec. 17th: All Church Mission Project: Family Celebration Dinner at 6:30 pm. Please sign-up on your Connection Card if you are planning on attending.

Sunday, Dec. 21st: Candlelight Christmas Service at 9:00 am. Come join us as we sing Christmas songs and pray together with a candle lighting.

Friday, Dec. 26th: The BLAST (College/Career Group) Class will be leaving for their mission trip to Philedelphia, MS at 9:00 pm, returning on Jan. 3rd.

Sunday, Dec. 28th: Unique family church service featuring the “View” of Christmas panel, and singing our favorite Christmas songs. Families are encouraged to bring all their children to service. No Powersource.

Christmas Food Box Drive - We are asking for food donations for this project. See the Welcome Center for a complete list of items needed. The table located in the back of the Worship Center is for you to turn in your purchased food item donations.

Focus On: Andy & Brandie have been serving in this ministry for 12 years. They have 3 girls: Alexis (5), Aubrey (3) and Aria (10 months). Andy may look familiar because he grew up here at WMC and is Doug & Claudia Blosser’s son. They serve at a DTS (Discipleship Training School) In Hawaii.

Prayer Needs: *They are getting ready to move so that they can be closer to the school and be more involved with their staff, the costs to move are high. *They also send their oldest 2 girls to school and the yearly tuition is $3,000 (with their discount) *Lava flow has destroyed areas on their island.

We are going to SWITCH IT in 2015!!! Starting January 4, Sunday School will be at 9 am, we will have a time of transition/fellowship from 10-10:30 am and then worship will begin at 10:30 am.
