Carter Brown is a 30 year bachelor who moved into a new loft in a high rise building in downtown Denver. Carter is an accountant at a business firm in downtown Denver. So the walk to work is very convenient. Carter likes to entertain when he’s home and would like to have a place for guests to enjoy and for him to enjoy too. I chose to make his living room a place that is Comfortable to be in with a couple of couches and Entertainment center. Carter wants his lighting fixtures to be upgraded from the original , so I added a few Modern chandeliers in the living room, pendant light-ing around the island area and coved lighting around the windows near the deck. I hope with this new space Carter will enjoy his space as much as his guests will .

Capdepon Residential Design

Jared & Emily Capdepon are a newly wed couple who have moved into their first home. They are both very hard working people who love to come home to a place they can relax and rest. My clients would like to have some Sustainable and traditional design in their home. I plan to refurbished the wood floors that are under the current carpet flooring, and add new energy efficient appliances in the both kitchen & Bath . My Clients both love to be comfortable in their home, so I plan to get them a new sectional couch that will provide guest seating and room for each other. In the bath I will replace the current bath/shower combo to a beautiful double walk-in shower, with water saving fixtures. I hope with this new space for my clients they will enjoy the comfortable spaces and money saving appliances and fixtures.

Edita Kazlauska Remodel - Kitchen Design

My client Edita Kazlauskas is moving into her son’s basement because she can no longer live alone. For Editas space we are renovating the basement to have a full kitchen and bath space. Edita has arthritis and will eventually be in a wheelchair, so her kitchen and bathroom will be ADA compliant. With my clients kitchen I plan to make her kitchen appliances accessible for her now and in the future . With the design I chose to do a mid-century design with natural colors to make her space feel like her own .

My client Edita Kazlauskas is 74 years old, 5’0” and has arthritis in her knees. Edita would like her space to feel and look mid-century modern . Edita is moving into her son’s basement of his families home and would like to give her a new access bathroom with laundry storage for herself. The client ’s spa like bathroom accommodates all of the clients needs with two vanities, walk-in shower with bench , and a private laundry room. The bathroom finishes have a smooth maple porcelain flooring perfect for the clients “must have” radiant heated floors. A fun glass tile mosaic design at both vanities, give the space a bright open space. This also blends with the shower subway tiling that cover the shower floor to ceiling. We added an abundance of storage for clothing and bathroom necessities. This bathroom will be a space my client feels comfortable and safe to get ready in .

CoraLee’s Boutique is one of a kind source of style that ’s been helping women find their fabulous since 2010. CoraLee is the owned of this boutique who wanted to upgrade her store’s design and branding. CoraLee’s Boutique is located in Miami, Florida. CoraLee opened the boutique to give women affordable fashion and insider style advise that has women coming back again and again . Since my client wanted to start over with the design of the store we knocked all walls down and started fresh . I gave coraLee’s a modern contemporary style that gave off an elegant impression of the stores purpose . I designed two new displays for the store . A wall with shelving, hanging and display arrangements. At the point of sale I chose to do a fun curved wall to give the dressing room more space to have comfortable seating. In front of this wall I designed shelving space for products. With this newly remodeled space with new branding and design every women will like they are a queen or princess.

De Bellemare Cafe - Lighting DesignCommercial Design Page 14

De Bellamare Cafe is a friendly place to come have cof-fee, Enjoy sometime with friends or family. My client Dominic miller wanted to bring his Ital-ian roots to this new cafe, locat-ed in Los Angeles, CA.

I added a contemporary style with some new lighting. I Picked beautiful Tuscan like sconces, pendants and task lighting to the bar and table area. I coved the ceiling and added recessed light-ing for during the day. I kept the brick wall to show the Charm of the old building and I chose neutral colors throughout the cafe . With this new space I Be-lieve the guest will enjoy the dy-namic design of this space .

Creative Marketing Firm - Commercial Design

Creative Marketing company is moving into the 2nd floor of an existing high-rise building. CMC is expanding their business and needs a bigger space . They are located in Fort Collins, Colorado. CMC specializes in creating something that makes the viewer react. Whether its an identity that ’s sophisticated or clean and simple, a brand voice with lots of character or straightforward and professional , a clever tag-line, whatever your vision , they create it and then strategically design a marketing package to present in a creative and unique way that grabs the attention of the customer and compels them to react. CMC would like to make the space functional for all employees and guests. A space that everyone can come together and share their ideas and ask for help from each other. CMC are located in Baltimore, Maryland. CMC has 24 employees including the chief executive officer. CMC specializes in graphic design , advertising, signage design and production , corporate branding and identity, website design and development, art direction and photo-shoot production .
