Features • 100% acrylic formula • Breathable film • Specifically formulated to protect and beautify decorative concrete • EverClear VOX, at less than 100 g/L VOC content, is compliant with all VOC regulations and can contribute toward LEED points • EverClear TB is a solvent based formulation with less than 350 g/L VOC The EverClear line of products are breathable, 100% acrylic sealers that protect and enhance the appearance of concrete with a clear, non yellowing seal that is harder and more durable than standard cure and seal products. EverClear sealers are specially formulated to enhance the color of stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, and colored concrete pavers, giving these surfaces a deeper, richer appearance. Also ideal for sealing residential concrete pavements, these sealers provide excellent protection against the damaging effects of weather, traffic and de-icing salts while allowing concrete to “breathe”. EverClear concrete sealers give concrete a subtle, satin finish that highlights the color and texture of surfaces without excessive shine or slipperiness. The Acrylic Advantage The resin in EverClear sealers is a pure, 100% acrylic – this is key to the product’s superior benefits. Traditional curing and sealing compounds are formulated with a blend of both styrene and acrylic polymers. While the styrene provides the curing, or moisture retention ability of a cure and seal, it can be unstable under ultraviolet light, causing discoloration in sunlight. In addition, styrene polymers are softer than acrylics, and will scratch and wear off easier than a pure acrylic. EverClear, EverClear VOX and EverClear TB contain no styrene. This equals significantly increased breathability and long-term clarity of the applied sealer film.
