Breathe Easy Emulsion is a specially formulated environmentally friendly low VOC (Volatile Organic compound) interior paint. It’s especially VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) free resin control minimum air pollutant and has an extremely low/nil odor during application and drying. Rooms painted with Breathe Easy Emulsion can be used within couple of hours without any lingering smell usually associated with freshly painted rooms using conventional paint. Its characteristic additives improve its clean ability & provide water repellency which helps cleaning of all sorts of stains and dirt from the wall and gives the walls evergreen appearances rich & shiny look. Berger Breathe Easy is an antibacterial and anti fungal emulsion paint which creates the internal environment of a room more hygienic by using in can and film VOC free preservative (BIT: Benzyl Iso Thyazoline)

Features

Recommended surface

Interior cement plaster, Concrete stone, Brick asbestos, Cement Sheet etc.

Surface preparations:

After plastering allow to dry the surface at least 8-12 weeks. Moisture content should be 15% max (equipment for measuring moisture content: Protiometer). Sand the surface with coarse sand/water paper accordingly to the type of surface to remove rust, dust and other loose/ unwanted particles. Wipe clean the surface. On dry wall apply one coat Robb./Breathe Easy Water Based Sealer thinning with 100% water. Dry the wall at least 4-6 hrs before putty application. For smooth finish apply two coats of Robb/Breathe Easy Water Based wall putty with 6-8 hrs interval. After proper drying (24 hrs) of wall putty, rub down the surface with sandpaper to provide a sound surface for finish coat. Apply one coat Breathe Easy Sealer 100% thinned with water as finish coat .

Surface preparation for Old walls/Previously painted walls:

Previously painted surface should be wire brushed and properly cleaned Ensure that the surface is free from loose particles before paint application. Apply one coat Robb./Breathe Easy Water Based Sealer thinning with 100% water. Dry the wall at least 4-6 hrs before putty application. For smooth finish apply two coats of Robb./Breathe Easy Water Based wall putty with 6-8 hrs interval. After proper drying (24 hrs) of wall putty, rub down the surface with sandpaper to provide a sound surface. Apply one Coat Robb/Breathe Easy sealer to remove all kind foreign particles. Now the surface is ready for finish coat application.

Preparation for application:

For Brush, Paint : Water= 3:1 (By volume)For Roller, Paint : Water = 4:1 (by volume). Use the thinned material within 12 hours. Do not retain the thinned material beyond recommended time.Apply 2-3 coats Breathe Easy as finish coat with an overnight interval. Do not stretch material beyond recommended coverage.
