Breathe Easy Enamel is a Premium Water base Semi Glossy Enamel for application on wood, metal and masonry surface. It is water base with excellent resistant to stains with volatile organic content free. Hence no odor and non yellowing paint unlike alkyd gloss enamel-hence room stay fresh and airy even during painting.

Non yellowing, echo friendly, semi gloss and ultra fast drying.
Coverage:
* It depends on many conditions such as surface condition, surface preparation, application skill, weather condition, dilution etc. The coverage mentioned above under ideal conditions and varied depending on site condition.
Drying Time : SD 20 min to 30 min depending on weather conditions. HD 4 to 8 hrs.
Pot life of proper diluted material : Use with in 24 hrs.
Shelf Life : 3 to 4 years from the date of manufacturing so long as the container is sealed and kept at normal tempature(not in direct sunlight or elevated tempareture).
Recommendated Thinner : Tap water.
Flash point : 100% water based paint, hence NR.
Painting tools required : Brush,felt roller and spray.

Surface Preparation :
1. Sand the surface with coarse sand/water paper accordingly to the type of surface to remove rust, dust and other loose/unwanted particles. Wipe clean the surface.
2. Apply one coat primer as per surface after thinning and allow the primer to dry fully (For wooden and metal surface apply 1 coat of Robb. Anti corrosive Primer with proper dilution, and for wall surface apply 1 coat of Robb. Water Based Sealer and 2 coats Robb. Water Based Wall Putty). Sand the surface again with less coarser sand /water paper lightly and wipe clean.
3. Sand the painted surface with Water paper No.380/400 lightly to make the surface smooth/undulation free. Before applica-tion of top coat ensure the painting brush and mixing container are absolutely clean.
Application
Recommended Dilution : 10-15% dilution with water
Brushing Viscosity : 40 sec~30 sec at 300C.
Roller Viscosity : 60 sec~65 sec at 300C.
Spray Viscosity : 25 sec~30 sec at 300C.
Apply Breathe Easy Enamel 2 coat to get rich, smooth and semi gloss finish. Use felt roller to get orange peel effect . Ensure surface PH Value is within 7-9.
